Yaar, yeh sunke tension ho rahi hai. Himalaya Homes ka toh status COMPLETED dikha raha hai aur possession date 2017-12-01 ki hai. Agar itne saal pehle possession mil gaya tha, toh abhi tak amenities
Totally agree with the original post! Himalaya Homes ki hype zyada hai, reality kuch aur. My friend booked there based on brochure pics, abhi tak pool bhi theek se functional nahi hai. Maintenance charges sunke toh hosh ud gaye.
