Been looking at 3BHKs in Hindan Residential Area for a few months now, and I'm really trying to understand the market there. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, and thinking of upgrading, but the prices in Hindan seem a bit high, no? Is the premium truly justified for what you get? I'm seeing 3BHKs push past ₹90L, sometimes even ₹1.1Cr. For that kind of money, is the investment potential solid for the next 3-5 years, or is it already peaked? Also, what's the real deal with water supply? Heard mixed things about municipal connection vs borewells. Should I be worried about tanker dependency? Already have a home loan, so need to be smart about this next move.

Totally agree! Hindan prices have shot up crazy fast. I was looking at a 3BHK in Ahinsa Khand II last year for ₹85L, now same config is ₹1Cr+. What even happened? It feels like the growth is not matching the actual infrastructure development on the ground.
