Hindan upgrade: Is the monsoon misery real?
Upgrading to a 3BHK in Hindan Residential Area feels like a gamble sometimes. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Vaishali, thinking of upgrading, maybe a 3BHK from ATS or Gaurs in Hindan Residential Area. Already have a home loan, so EMI will jump. But yaar, monsoon mein udhar ka kya scene hai? Last year I heard about so much waterlogging near the main roads and even inside some societies. Is it still a major issue? And traffic, especially near the Hindon bridge, kitna bad jaata hai? Daily commute for office can become a nightmare, right? Planning to visit again next month, but real resident experience matters more. Should I be worried about these civic issues before committing to a bigger loan? Any recent updates on drainage projects or road widening near there?

Yaar, Hindan Residential Area is expanding fast but the infrastructure is still playing catch-up. My cousin lives in a society near Ahinsa Khand 1 and even there, traffic near the main Ghaziabad road gets choked during peak hours,
Totally feel you on this! The waterlogging issue near Hindon bridge, especially the areas closer to the river, has always been a major headache during monsoons. I've heard similar stories about societies getting affected too, which is super concerning for a new buyer.
