Hindon Heights buyers: What's the real deal with amenities?

Since January I've been eyeing Hindon Heights for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, I thought the amenities here would justify the ₹95L+ price tag. But I'm hearing stories about promised facilities like the club house or specific sports courts being either unfinished or coming with crazy extra charges after possession. It's frustrating when brochures show so much, but the reality is different. Did anyone who moved into Hindon Heights find this? What was your possession experience like regarding amenities? Is the price jump really worth these potential headaches?
