Hinjewadi project: 2.5 years late, hidden costs too

Honestly, I'm pretty fed up with this whole process. I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits easily, so I relied on a builder's brochure for a project near Hinjewadi IT Park. They promised OC in 1.5 years, but abhi 2.5 saal ho gaye hain and it's still stuck. Plus, there are so many hidden charges popping up now, not mentioned earlier. Matlab, I feel totally misled. Is this a common issue in Pune, especially for NRIs who can't physically check? Kya ground reality hai for these timelines? And managing it all remotely... any advice on reliable property managers ya legal help for power of attorney?
