Hitech City's infrastructure upgrades aren't fully justifying current property prices. I'm in a 2BHK in Madhapur, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa around Hitech City. Everyone glorifies the metro and new roads, but I don't see the massive ROI for residential. Matlab, which specific pockets near Hitech City actually saw significant, *justified* price jumps from these improvements? Is the premium for these areas worth it, ya bas hype hai? Already have an EMI, so not sure if the jump is worth it. Change my mind.

Totally agree! Hitech City has become so overpriced. I looked at a 3BHK near Mindspace and the per sqft rate was insane for what they were offering. It feels like they're just banking on the 'Hitech City' tag, not actual value. EMI toh already high hai, aur upar se yeh premium, samajh nahi aa raha kaise justify karein.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Toh Hitech City ke paas aur kaunse areas better hain, jahan justifiable growth dikhi ho? Matlab, where should one look if not exactly in Hitech City for better ROI?
Haan bhai, traffic ka haal toh mat poochho. Metro hai par last mile connectivity ka kya? Lagta hai bas hype hi hai. Itna premium dekar bhi convenience poori nahi milti.
