Home loan interest during construction: did you know this tax hack?

Been sorting through finances since my 2BHK in Sector 163 got possession last month. One thing I wish someone told me earlier about home loan tax benefits: the interest paid during construction. Most people know Section 24(b) for post-possession, but you can actually claim the construction period interest over five equal installments after getting the flat. This is a big saving, especially for projects that get delayed. Did you guys already know this, or have any other such overlooked tax hacks for Noida Extension property owners? It makes a difference.
