Totally agree with the title! EMI calculations always give me a mini heart attack. I'm also looking for a home loan in Rajkot, and every bank executive tells a different story. Is it really true that interest rates are fixed and non-negotiable? My builder also mentioned Ansal API, but the rates are making me think twice.

Haan bhai, same experience. Lagta hai banks ka apna hi game chalta hai. Krishna Kunj mein rates sunke I also got scared.
