What's the real deal with home loan processing times from different banks in Chandigarh? I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 24C, and my bank is taking forever just for pre-approval. Honestly, the documentation is a nightmare. My parents keep saying just go with whatever bank the builder recommends, but I'm not sure if that's the best option. Did anyone get a significantly better rate or smoother experience with a specific bank here? Or am I just overthinking it?
