Since January I'm trying to figure out home loans for my flat in Krishna Kunj. Banks all promise low rates, but the process seems super complex. Which bank gave you the smoothest experience and best rates in Rajkot? Honestly, I'm just confused.

Totally feel you! I'm also looking for a flat in Krishna Kunj, and the loan process is a nightmare. Everyone talks about the interest rate, but nobody mentions the hidden charges and endless paperwork. ICICI Bank ke agents ne toh meri jaan kha li hai. Did anyone get a good deal from HDFC lately?
U7, BoB ka process surprisingly decent hai. Meri didi ne bhi recently wahan se liya hai loan for her plot in Kothariya

HDFC se toh I haven't heard great things about rates recently. But for smoothness, yes, they are generally better than ICICI. My friend got a loan from Bank of Baroda for his Krishna Kunj apartment, and he said it was surprisingly efficient. Maybe try them? They seem to be trying to capture market share in Rajkot.
