Just got possession of my 3BHK in Gachibowli last month. Honestly, everyone glorifies the tax benefits under 80C and 24, but nobody talks about the actual paperwork headache or the conditions. Is it even worth the hassle for the small savings? Yaar, I'm thinking I should've focused more on rental yield instead. Change my mind.
