Yaar, Sector 150 sounds good, but ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK is pushing it for me. I'm also a first-time buyer and super nervous about the whole process. Tax benefits toh sunne mein acche lagte hain, but practical mein kitna milta hai, that's the real question. Aur hidden costs bhi bahut hote hain kya?
