Home Option Propbuild delay — anyone else facing this?

Home Option Propbuild ne toh rula diya hai. Sector 16A mein flat book kiya tha, promised possession was ages ago. Now they're saying aur delay hoga. EMI bhi start ho gayi hai. Is it worth fighting them in RERA? Or should I just cut my losses and find something ready-to-move? Kids have moved out so I need something manageable, jaldi.
