Home & Soul Page Three: My investor's reality check post-possession

Just got possession of my unit at Home And Soul Page Three Residences last month, and honestly, it's a bit quiet. Paid ₹11 Cr for my 4BHK, and the finish is good, but I'm really starting to question the resale market here. Is the investor ratio too high, making it feel like a ghost society? What kind of capital appreciation are others seeing? Worried about liquidity if I need to exit in 5 years. Any first-hand experiences?
