Homebuyer Gets Refund in Delayed Noida Project

Guys, kitne logon ka paisa atka hua hai projects mein? I know many of us are worried about delayed projects, especially in Noida. Seedhi baat, there's a new NCDRC ruling: Logix Group (M/s Saha Infratech Private Limited) has been ordered to refund ₹1.60 crore to a buyer in the "Amadeus" project, because of a *10-year delay*. The court called it a "clear deficiency in service." This is a HUGE warning sign for anyone with money in Logix projects, or considering investing. What do you all think this will do to property prices in the area? Will this make investors more cautious?
