Homebuyers Await Possession as WTC Projects Face Delays, Allegations of Fraud

Hey Noida folks, are you also tired of hearing about possession delays? This WTC Group situation sounds pretty serious. Around 10,000 buyers are claiming fraud of about ₹2,500 crore across WTC CBD, Cubit, Quad, Riverside Residency, and One-D projects. Apparently, there's little to no construction happening at some of these sites. Buyers are alleging they sold "unlockable spaces" (whatever that means!) and that funds were taken out of RERA accounts improperly. Seedhi baat, it sounds like a mess. So, is this WTC news a good thing or a bad thing for the overall Noida real estate market? What do you guys think?
