I'm already in a 2BHK in Sector 19. Hometech Global promised OC by Dec 2025 for my new villa. Now they're saying June 2026! EMI aur rent dono kaise bharu? Anyone else facing this? What did you do? Should I take legal action? Batao yaar.

What's the current market rate in Sector 19 for villas? Maybe you can sell it off once you get possession and cut your losses. Check Magicbricks and 99acres for comparison.

Commercial is even riskier! Be very careful. Do your due diligence. Check their past projects completion rate.

Sector 19 mein rent itna high hai... I can't imagine paying both rent and EMI. Have you tried talking to the builder about some kind of compensation? Maybe they can offer a discount or something.
Discount? LOL! These builders won't give you the time of day. They'll make excuses about material costs and labor shortages.
I bought a 3BHK in Sector 150 three years ago. Possession was delayed by 18 months! It's the norm in Noida, unfortunately. But RERA helped me get some compensation.
Which project is this in Sector 19? There are so many villas coming up. Some are good, some are not so good. Location matters a lot.
