Booked a unit in Mahira Homes 104 Sohna a few months back. Ab possession time aane wala hai, aur jo extra charges lag rahe hain, bhai, dimaag kharab ho gaya. Advertised price se toh bilkul alag hi scene hai. PLC, stamp duty, registry, aur ab interior ka alag budget. Site pe construction quality bhi thodi... not sure. Shubham Shubhbhoomi wale log, aapka experience kaisa hai? Kya aapke bhi total cost of ownership mein itna difference aaya? Yaar, yeh sab pehle koi batata nahi.

Yaar, yeh toh normal ho gaya hai. Main toh ek project mein phasa tha Airport Road ke paas. Builders advertised price batate hain, but jab final bill aata hai, it's a shocker. PLC toh samajh aata hai, but utility charges, maintenance advance, IFMS… list lambi hoti jaati hai. Aapne Mahira Homes 104 ka RERA number check kiya tha booking se pehle? RERA-GRG-PROJ-910-2021 hai na?
Haan bhai, Sohna mein toh yahi scene hai. Basai side bhi same story.
