Hoodi hidden costs are killing resale value

Possession was in March for my Hoodi 3BHK. RWA maintenance charges are high, and builder quality issues are bugging me. Will resale be tough with these hidden costs? Kya experience hai logon ka?

Oh man, I totally feel you! Hoodi has been on my radar, but these hidden costs are a nightmare. My friend bought in Whitefield and faced similar RWA issues. Builder quality is a constant worry, isn't it? I'm now thinking twice about the area.
