Builder bol rahe hain appreciation zabardast hoga, but upcoming developments like Peripheral Ring Road ka real impact kya hai? 3-5 saal mein ROI expected hai kya, ya just hype hai? Locals ka kya experience hai?

Totally agree! Main bhi Hoodi aur Whitefield ke aas paas hi dekh raha hoon. Mera ek friend hai, usne Akshayanagar mein ek plot liya tha 3 saal pehle, usko already 40% appreciation mila hai. PRR aur metro connectivity kaafi boost degi, I think. Plus, IT hubs ki proximity bhi ek major factor hai. Builders ka hype toh hota hai, but yahan genuine growth potential dikh raha hai for the next 5-7 years.
Yaar, Hoodi ka naam toh bahut sun raha hoon, but yeh 'appreciation zabardast hoga' wali baat pe trust nahi hota. Builders toh hamesha yahi bolte hain. PRR ka impact kitna hoga, woh toh time hi batayega. Mera budget tight hai, toh risk nahi le sakta.
But metro extension toh ho raha hai na? Uska toh direct impact hoga. Plus, Hoodi railway station bhi hai. Connectivity to improve hogi.
Bhai, sahi keh rahe ho. Builders ka toh kaam hi hai sapne dikhana. Main bhi 2 saal pehle ek project dekha tha Aavalahalli mein, unhone bhi same bataya tha about 'guaranteed returns'. Abhi tak toh wahan kuch khaas development nahi dikh raha, roads bhi kharab hain. PRR ka hype zyada hai, ground reality alag hai, especially if the project is far from the main road. Better to check actual infrastructure development rather than just brochures.
