Been looking at upgrades for a few months now. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, it's feeling a bit cramped. Thinking of a 3BHK in Hope Apartments. Site visit kiya tha, but honestly, the carpet area ratio for their 3BHKs confused me. Brochure mein area kuch aur dikhate hain, but after seeing the actual flat, lagta hai usable space utni efficient nahi hai. Is the price jump worth it for that much usable space? My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be high. Kya Hope Apartments mein actual living space theek hai? Ya sirf paper pe bada lagta hai? Am I the only one who felt this way?

Hope Apartments? Heard mixed reviews about them. Before even thinking about space efficiency, have you checked their RERA status and possession timelines? I heard the project status is still 'null', which is a red flag for first-time buyers
Bhai, you're definitely not alone! This carpet area vs super area game is a nightmare with most builders these days. Especially in Gurugram, sab paper pe hi bada dikhate hain.
