Visited a couple of projects on Hoskote Road last weekend. Builders like Prestige aur Godrej ka quoted price dekh ke thoda shock laga. I work in real estate, but buying for myself feels different, you know? Is the current pricing justified for this area, ya builder inflated prices bol rahe hain? And water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Borewell dependency kitni hai? Long-term investment potential ke liye kaisa hai?
