Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in New Chandigarh. My wife and I are downsizing now that the kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking for something manageable, good society, elevator is a must, and near a hospital. Visited Vamana Riseonic and Raheja Winterwoods. Both look good, but I'm honestly worried about the actual possession experience. Did anyone face big issues with construction quality or hidden charges right at handover for either of these? Just want to avoid nasty surprises.

U13, last I checked, Raheja Winterwoods was around 6500-7000 per sqft. But New Chandigarh mein rates thode high ho gaye hain after this new highway proposal. It might be a stretch for many first-time buyers looking for a good deal. Definitely negotiate hard if you're serious.

Unko toh Mullanpur Garibdass mein ek plot dikha rahe the, but no actual construction history was available. Raheja Winterwoods ka location achha hai near the hospital, that's a plus point for sure.
