₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4 felt okay initially, but then the true cost started showing up. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Vasundhara, looking to upgrade. Aanchal Enterprises quoted a price, but then PLC, OC, maintenance corpus, and some weird 'club membership' fees kept popping up. It's like they intentionally hide stuff until you're deep into the process. This happens with every builder, right? How do you guys factor in all these extra charges when budgeting? Did anyone manage to negotiate these down or get a clear, final breakdown upfront? It's so frustrating trying to figure out the actual all-in cost.
