Honestly, I'm finding it incredibly tough to navigate New Delhi real estate being based in Dubai. I'm looking at a 3BHK in areas like Greater Kailash or Panchsheel Park, maybe a DLF project, but can't do site inspections myself. My budget is around ₹3.5 Cr. How do people manage property purchases remotely, especially with Power of Attorney and legal checks? I'm worried about getting clear titles and also finding a reliable property manager for rentals later. Is it even worth buying without visiting? Any experiences with remote buying or managing rental properties from abroad would be super helpful.
