How do you really check builder legal history in Pune?
Kothrud – we're selling our big house, kids have moved out. Looking for a manageable 2BHK, maybe Baner side. Honestly, I'm worried about legal issues with builders. How do you properly check a builder's RERA status and track record? For projects like Jhamtani Nandan Ace or from Maruti Group, what red flags should I look for beyond just the RERA number? Is it easy to find out about past delays or legal problems?

Maruti Group? Bhai, unka toh koi project hi nahi dikhta RERA pe. Pehle confirm kar lo yeh builder hai bhi ya nahi. Bahut scam chal rahe hain.
Sahi kaha. Sometimes yeh builders naam badal dete hain ya sirf ek project ke liye entity banate hain. Zero projects on RERA is a huge red flag. Kothrud aur Baner jaise expensive areas mein toh aise risks bilkul nahi lene chahiye.
