Since Diwali, I've been checking out properties, mainly 2BHKs around Prithvi Layout. Mahaveer Group has a few projects there. My budget is around ₹90L, but honestly, the 'all-in' price is what's really confusing me. I'm seeing base prices, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... and are there other hidden charges that only pop up at possession? I've heard horror stories about those. How much can you actually negotiate in Bengaluru? My parents keep saying builders always have wiggle room, but it feels tough here. What's a realistic discount percentage to aim for, or is it mostly fixed? Any advice on getting a true all-in cost upfront?

Negotiation? Hah! Builders here act like they're doing *you* a favor. Max 1-2% on base price if you're lucky, especially for a known builder like Mahaveer in a good area like Prithvi Layout.
OMG, same boat! Bengaluru real estate is a maze. The 'all-in' price is a joke. I'm looking near Akshayanagar and it's the same story everywhere, they just keep adding charges. So confusing!
