Sector 60 — been looking at this area for a while now. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a different game. Builders like Suncity Projects, they play their cards close. Negotiation kitna possible hai on a new 3BHK, say around ₹2 Cr? I know about PLC, parking, but what about hidden charges beyond that? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa, what else comes up at possession? Kya 5-7% discount expect kar sakte hain ya zyada? Any recent experiences with all-in cost surprises?
