Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gachibowli. Honestly, I'm a first-time buyer and the sheer number of hidden costs is freaking me out. My budget is around ₹85L for a 2BHK, maybe in a project like Salarpuria Sattva. But then there's stamp duty, registration, interiors, GST... how much extra should I realistically set aside? Is 15-20% of the property value enough? Also, what are the absolute must-ask questions during a site visit that builders usually don't volunteer? Don't want to miss anything crucial.
