My kids' school admission is coming up, and we really need a bigger 3BHK, maybe around Keesara Road or Narsingi. I'm trying to compare projects, but this super area vs carpet area thing is so confusing. It feels like builders are still inflating numbers significantly, right? For Salarpuria Sattva or similar projects, how much difference should I expect between super area and actual usable carpet area? Is there a good way to verify this before signing anything? Don't want to pay for dead space. It's tricky when you're trying to get a good deal for your family. Any tips from folks who've bought recently in Hyderabad?
