Did a site visit to Prestige City on Sarjapur Road last weekend. Project looks good, but I'm getting paranoid about the legal stuff. I work in real estate, I see the marketing spin, but buying my own flat is different. How do you guys *really* check a builder's legal track record beyond the RERA website? Like, Keya Homes has projects, but what about past disputes? If a builder delays, what are *actual* legal options under RERA, not just brochure promises? Is RERA truly effective in Bangalore or just on paper?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! RERA website is just basic info. I checked Keya Homes too, and their 'projects' list is so confusing. It almost feels like they're trying to hide something. How do we know if they even have a single completed project? This is my biggest fear as a first-time buyer.
Exactly! Keya Homes ka toh project count zero dikhta hai RERA pe. That's a massive red flag, bhai. Don't even consider them.
