Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on how to verify legal docs for a property in Ghaziabad. I'm looking at a 2BHK in Jain Homes 1, but honestly, the legal side of things is confusing. How do you guys properly check RERA registration for real? And what about title verification? My parents keep saying to be super careful with encumbrance certificates. Is there a common checklist for these things that most buyers miss? Don't want to get stuck with legal issues later and affect my exit options. Any tips for a first-time investor?
