Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate but buying my own flat in Hyderabad is a whole different ballgame. Looking at properties in Kokapet, even considering Sattva Lake Ridge, but the legal side is giving me jitters. How do you guys *really* check RERA registration for builders like Salarpuria Sattva? Matlab, website pe project dikh raha hai, but are there deeper red flags to look for beyond just the RERA ID? Builders often have ways to present things. Also, what about those tricky builder-buyer agreement clauses? I know about super area games, but what are the legal red flags in the agreement itself that favour only the builder?
