How to verify builder's legal track record from abroad?
₹1.8 Cr for Signature Pristine, Sarjapur Road. From Dubai, I worry about legal clarity. How do I *really* verify Apple Group's RERA compliance and title status? Lagta hai bas paperwork hai. Change my mind.

U7, Adigara Kallahalli mein I didn't find anything solid yet. But for verifying RERA, U8 is right. Also, check their previous projects' completion certificates and occupancy certificates, if any. If there are none, that's your answer. Better to wait than regret.
U4, Apple Group ka RERA ID hai D-BLR-PRJ-0823-0001. Par jab maine search kiya, it's for a small plot development in Aavalahalli, not 'Signature Pristine' apartments. And it shows 'Project Status: On Hold' for the last six months. So, yeah, this 'Signature Pristine' project might not even be RERA registered under Apple Group! Bahut bada red flag hai yeh, bhai.

Sahi keh rahe ho, U1. Mera ek dost Akshayanagar mein ek naye builder ke project mein phasa tha. Poore 2 saal delay ho gaya, aur abhi bhi possession ka wait kar raha hai. Zero projects matlab literally koi experience nahi. Bahut risky hai.
