Yaar, mujhe toh positive hi lag raha hai. Connectivity improve hogi toh value toh badhegi hi. Main toh soch raha tha Dwarka Expressway ke aas paas dekhun, ya phir Noida Extension mein. Kya lagta hai, kahaan pe zyada growth potential hai by 2026? Especially for first-time buyers like us, budget bhi toh dekhna hai.
