How's daily life at Shubhhomes Urban Homes Phase 2C?
Is Shubhhomes Urban Homes Phase 2C genuinely good for daily living? I'm a first-time buyer in Ghaziabad, and this project keeps popping up. The price (around 35L for a 2BHK) and its completed status are attractive. But I'm honestly not sure about the ground reality. What's the actual livability like there? Are the promised amenities – gym, park, clubhouse – well-maintained and actually useful, or are they just for show? My parents keep stressing neighborhood quality. Are there decent schools, markets, hospitals nearby? And the community vibe, is it friendly or more isolated? Any current residents here, what’s your honest take on living there? Would you recommend it?

Bhai, 35L for a 2BHK in a completed project sounds too good to be true these days, especially in Ghaziabad. I've been eyeing this one too. But construction quality aur builder ka track record kaisa hai? Pehle bhi Shubhhomes ke projects mein delays suni hain.
Exactly! Same thought. Often these 'attractive' prices have hidden charges ya maintenance issues baad mein aate hain. Completed hai toh at least delay ka tension nahi.
