HSR Layout 2BHK prices: is it worth it?

₹1.3 Cr for a 2BHK in HSR Layout – is this the new normal? Yaar, I'm looking at flats near Sector 2, prices seem crazy. Builders like Prestige and Sobha are quoting so high. Is it really worth it for investment, ya sirf hype hai? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
