HSR Layout mein 3BHK dekh raha hu, ₹80L-1.5Cr budget. Rent se pak gaya hu yaar. Konse projects aaj kal best deal de rahe hai? Any project suggestions for a good value buy?

I've been looking for the past 6 months in and around HSR. My budget is similar. Honestly, ₹1.5Cr for a decent 3BHK is pushing it. I saw a few in Akshayanagar and Aavalahalli, slightly outside HSR, but even those were touching ₹1.2-1.4Cr for 1200-1400 sqft. Builder reputation is a huge factor here. Don't fall for glossy brochures without checking the ground reality and past projects.
U11, be very careful with new names! Equinox Global Shelters? Maine toh kabhi suna nahi inka naam. Always check their past projects. Agar unka 'Total projects: 0' dikha raha hai, toh it's a massive red flag, especially for a first-time buyer. Risk mat lo yaar, apni life savings hain. Go for established builders even if it means a slightly higher price or a smaller unit. Newer builders with no track record are a big NO.
U4, which projects were those, if you don't mind sharing? And what about builders like Equinox Global Shelters, have you heard anything about them? They're showing up in my searches.
Exactly U4! Akshayanagar mein bhi prices high ho gaye hain. Itna budget mein kya hi milega.
Same pinch U1! Rent se toh bas ho gaya hai. Builder ko hi rent de rahe hain har mahine.
Value check toh HSR mein sabse pehle karna padega. ₹1.5Cr mein bhi 3BHK milna mushkil hai agar Prime HSR location chahiye. Naye projects ke prices toh sky-high hain. Mujhe toh lagta hai thoda outer areas mein dekhna padega ya budget badhana padega. Kya fayda itna spend karke bhi compromise karna pade?
U9, most of us end up stretching the budget or compromising on location. ₹80L-1.5Cr is tough for a good 3BHK in HSR.
Sahi baat hai U2. But then, did you find anything better in that budget, or did you increase your budget eventually?
Dekho, HSR ki connectivity aur amenities ka koi match nahi hai. Thoda premium toh pay karna padega. Par haan, Agrahara Layout jaise areas mein shayad thoda better options mil sakte hain, but again, value depends on what you prioritise. Agar metro connectivity aur schools paas chahiye, then HSR still makes sense, even if it pinches the pocket a bit more.
Yaar, HSR mein 3BHK dekhna toh headache ban gaya hai. ₹80L-1.5Cr budget mein kuch bhi decent nahi mil raha. Rent se sach mein pak gaya hu, har saal increase, upar se landlord ki nakhre. Main bhi value for money project dhund raha hu jahan future mein appreciation bhi mile aur abhi quality bhi achi ho. Konse projects aaj kal best deal de rahe hai? Totally agree with U6! RERA check is non-negotiable. Aur maintenance costs bhi add kar lo, woh bhi kam nahi hote HSR mein.
Bhai, HSR mein value for money ab mushkil hai. Prices already peak par hain. Jo bhi project dekho, pehle RERA number check karo aur builder ka track record. Bengaluru market ab thoda correction mode mein bhi hai, toh overpay mat karna. Hidden costs ka bhi dhyan rakhna.
