Property prices near Sector 29 shot up 15% after the new underpass opened, it feels like. Just moved into Sector 43 last month. Huda City Centre connectivity improved a lot. But prices near Cyber Hub / Sector 29 are exploding. Is this sustainable? Matlab, is this a good investment-thesis for future appreciation, ya bas hype hai?

Yaar, ye Huda City Centre ke paas prices sunke toh mera BP high ho gaya hai. Humne socha tha ki thoda metro connectivity ke paas lenge toh long-term mein achha rahega, but ab toh lagta hai budget pura hil gaya hai. Pehle hi itna stretch kar rahe the. Kya sach mein itni jaldi 15% increase justified hai? Matlab, ye sirf hype hai ya yahi naya normal hai Gurugram ka?
