Spent the whole Sunday checking out options near Huda City Centre. Nimai Developers ka ek project dekha, kaafi promising laga. But site visit pe kya kya check karna chahiye beyond just the flat itself? Builder toh sirf amenities dikhate hain, par main soch raha tha drainage, common area maintenance, ya future construction impact. Kya specific questions poochne chahiye jo builder khud nahi batayega?
