Huda City Centre's peak is already here
Been eyeing upgrades for months. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 48, eyeing a 3BHK. Okay, I'll say what no one says: Huda City Centre, especially Sector 41, is totally peaked. The price jump is absurd. ROI justify karta hai kya? Change my mind.

Bhai, peak toh shayad nahi, but saturation zaroor lag raha hai. Kya rates chal rahe hain abhi Sector 41 mein for a decent 3BHK? Aur kya infrastructure us price ko justify karta hai?
Yaar, I completely agree. Main bhi Sector 43 mein dekh raha tha, but 3BHK ke prices sunke toh mera budget hi hil gaya. Lagta hai ab bas investors hi le rahe hain wahaan.
