Hyderabad 3BHK: Payment plan and broker confusion?
Okay I'm finally fed up of renting in Ameerpet. Landlord hiked rent again, so I'm serious about buying. Looking at a 3BHK, maybe Salarpuria Sattva projects. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Kya construction-linked payment plans better hain ya upfront down payment? And should I deal directly with builder or through a broker? Does negotiation even work in Hyderabad?

Salarpuria Sattva is good, but 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in prime Hyderabad might be tight unless it's a bit further out. My cousin booked with them near Attapur, and possession got delayed by almost a year. Also, negotiating directly with builders is tough; they have fixed rates. Brokers *might* get you a better deal, but they also have their own commission agenda. Make sure to factor in all hidden costs like registration, amenities, etc.
Oh no, Attapur mein delay? That's concerning. I was looking at their project near Shamshabad, thinking it might be a bit cheaper. Hidden costs are a big worry for me too. My friend got burned by a builder who added a 'clubhouse membership' fee at possession time. Kya kya check
Totally understand the Ameerpet rent struggle, bhai! It's insane. For 1.5 Cr, Salarpuria Sattva is a good choice, but check their current projects. CLP is generally safer for first-timers, spreads out the risk. Brokers can be useful for negotiation, but always do your own research too.
Brokers ka commission kitna hota hai normally? Is it fixed or negotiable? Asking because I'm also looking in Begumpet and confused about this.
Haan, Ameerpet ka rent toh hadd ho gaya hai. CLP hi best hai, I agree.
