My kids' school admission is next year, and we *need* a bigger 3BHK. My wife's priority is safety and a good school, so we're seriously looking at Gachibowli, maybe Salarpuria Sattva. But honestly, everyone talks about the base price, but nobody talks about the actual amount draining your bank account. It's not just stamp duty and registration. The PLC, floor rise premium, club house fees, parking — it all adds up to lakhs. Is it just me, or are builders intentionally vague until the very last minute? It feels like these hidden charges are basically a second EMI. I think builders deliberately hide these. Change my mind.

Not just builders, it's the whole ecosystem. Even when I was looking in Ameerpet, the brokers would quote one price, and then the developer's rep would add 10 more things. It's designed to confuse first-timers like us.
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Yeh hidden charges toh alag hi tension hain. Salarpuria Sattva ka toh pata nahi but har jagah same story hai.
