Visited Salarpuria Sattva, Tolichowki. Base 3BHK was ₹1.5 Cr. All-in cost with stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking feels crazy. What's the actual total acquisition cost? Any tips?

Yaar, I felt the exact same thing! 1.5 Cr for base is already high for Tolichowki, but then the add-ons just make your head spin. My friend was looking at a 2BHK in Ameerpet and even that was crossing 1.2 Cr all-in. Builder quotes one price, actuals are always 20-30% higher. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
