Hyderabad 'all-inclusive' quotes are a pure deception
₹20 lakh extra I paid after the initial quote – that's my first-hand experience. Just moved into Salarpuria Sattva in Kismatpur last month, and honestly, the 'all-inclusive' quote is a joke. Everyone glorifies the appreciation in Hyderabad, but nobody talks about the actual all-in cost. My 3BHK was quoted ₹1.8 Cr, ended up paying ₹2 Cr. Builder initially just shows base price, then slowly adds PLC, parking, then stamp duty, registration – which are expected, but the estimates were way off. Phir, possession ke time pe, they hit you with maintenance advance for 2 years, electrical infrastructure charges, and some random OC charges. Matlab, it's never what they show. Total cost goes up by 10-15% easily. Should have factored that in from day one. Change my mind, these hidden costs are a complete scam.
