Hyderabad basic utilities are investor dealbreakers

Okay I'll be honest — just moved into Sattva Lake Ridge a couple months back and the power backup situation is not what I expected. They said full flat backup but it's mostly common areas. Water supply also feels inconsistent, sometimes relying on tankers. Does this affect resale value or tenant appeal long-term? Am I overthinking this for an investment property?
