Since January I've been eyeing properties in Hyderabad, mostly around Kokapet and Narsingi. I'm in Dubai, so site visits are tough; reliance on videos and my POA is high. Salarpuria Sattva projects look good, but the pricing... yaar, is negotiation even possible? Builders quote ₹1.5Cr for a 3BHK, but kitna realistically kam kar sakte hain? Also, total kharcha with stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors – it adds up so fast. Any tips on getting a sahi deal for NRIs, given we can't be there to haggle? Not sure if direct builder or broker is better for negotiation here.
