Visited Salarpuria Sattva's project in Uppal last week. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, but prices are wild. Builder bolta hai no negotiation, fixed price. But I've heard you can still knock off 5-7% on a ₹1.2Cr property in Hyderabad. Is this real, ya just marketing hype? Also, pre-launch offers – are they actually better deals? Investor perspective se, how much can one realistically save?
