Hyderabad builders hide charges, negotiation is a myth.

₹85 lakh 3BHK in Kokapet was just a starting point, yaar. I just got possession of my flat in Salarpuria Sattva last month, and the 'all-inclusive' price was a joke. Builder ne bilkul loota hai with so many hidden charges. Nobody talks about the extra ₹3.5 lakh I paid for utility setup, society formation, and some random 'contingency fund' during possession. Yeh sab drama hai. Matlab, my final cost shot up by almost 8% just for these chote-mote charges nobody mentions upfront. And negotiation? Forget it. They act like they're doing you a favour. I tried hard, but barely got ₹50k off. Everyone glorifies Hyderabad real estate, but the hidden costs are real. Change my mind.
