My search for a 3BHK in Hyderabad has been eye-opening. Finally fed up of renting, I thought the EMI vs rent math would be simple, but the actual 'all-in' costs are wild. I'm looking at places like Narayanguda, even checked out a Salarpuria Sattva project. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. I'm wondering, how much can you *really* negotiate off the listed price? Builders seem so firm. And what about all the hidden charges? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking – it just keeps adding up. Are there more 'surprise' costs at possession? Trying to budget the true acquisition cost feels impossible. Any advice on dealing with these inflated numbers?
